Friends of the Wapack Trail Information for the 21-mile Wapack Trail from Mount Watatic in Ashburnham, MA, to North Pack in Greenfield, NH For the most part, the trail follows a skyline route along the summits of Watatic, Pratt, New Ipswich, Barrett and Temple mountains, then ascends the Pack Monadnocks. Trail can be hiked in shorter segments.
Appalachian Trail The Appalachian Trail cuts through Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, ann Massachusetts on its 2,178 mile journey to Georgia.
Freedom Trail (Boston) The Freedom Trail is a five mile hike through two and a half centuries of America's past in downtown Boston. It begins at the Boston Commons Visitor's booth on Tremont st. near the Park st. MBTA station. The trail ends at the U.S.S. Constitution in Charlestown. This walking tour permits visitors to discover more than fifteen historical sites. A patch or medal may be earned upon completion of the hike along with an essay.
