Scout Sunday

Just wanted to say thank you to you and all the Scouts for being part of our worship service yesterday.  The Scouts did a wonderful job and it was great to see so many scouts and their families at worship.  Also, please thank everyone for the great coffee hour refreshments.

Scouts - Klondike Derby This Saturday!

Our expectation is that all Scouts are participating this Saturday.  If for some reason you cannot, please speak to the Scoutmaster on Tuesday night.

Permission slips have been distributed and are due back Tuesday.  Money for food should be given to the Patrol Leader to distribute to the patrol grubmaster for food shopping.  We will be fielding 5 patrols and running a station.

Klondike Derby Station Helpers!

Hi everyone.  The weather report looks perfect for a Klondike Derby, 35 and maybe some snow, so please remember to wear waterproof boots and to dress appropriately.  I am asking that all adults that are planning on helping out at the Troop’s station bring a watch, pen or sharpie to keep score with, a mug for coffee and a chair to sit on (if time permits J ).  Also please remember to have at least a Class 1 medical form to Rob Bisbee at the meeting or with you on Saturday and also $5 for food to Lori Champagne.  Thanks in advance for your help and see you on Saturday morning!!!

Blankets Needed --anyone with old blankets that they can donate for the troop to use in first aid instruction, please drop them off on Tuesday night.  We do need a few to use at the Webelos Alley for making stretchers.

Summer Camp Information Parents Night and Court of Honor - Tuesday, February 19th

Awards for advancement and information on Camp Bell Summer Camp is on the agenda.  Mark Hamel, Camp Director will be in attendance.  Troop 19's week at camp is July 20-26th.
