This Saturday – Practice Klondike

Our practice Klondike Derby is this Saturday at Camp Carpenter.  Scouts, please make every effort to attend. This is our only “outdoor scrimmage” before the Klondike Derby in February.  It is not easy to pull a sled around Camp Carpenter without a full patrol.  Do you best to attend!  A Scout is Loyal, Helpful…

·        New Medical Health Forms -- Parts A and C at a minimum before January 1^st

·        Snow Shoe Hike Deposit – December 22^nd (limited sign-ups) – only 5 spots left

Winter Camping

Troop meetings will continue to focus to prepare for the Klondike Derby in February.  The Polar Bear campout is weekend campout. We have a heated cabin reserved and anyone wanting to build snow caves and/or use tents to sleep has that option.  Skills and games related to winter activities, sledding and tubing.  Practice fire building and ice rescue for klondike.
