This Tuesday Night is family night with the Troop Court of Honor.  Several of our Scouts will be receiving recognition for awards they have earned since last fall.  Typically, we present the recipients with their cloth badge within a week or two after they have earned the award.  The Court of Honor serves as a more formal recognition for the same award.  We ask that parents attend this event.  Scouts that are receiving an advancement rank will be asked to have their parents come forward and they will present their mom with a mother’s pin during the ceremony.

In addition to the Court of Honor, we have several other programs and activities taking place.

1.     Summer camp promotion –learn more about the troop’s week scheduled at Hidden Valley for this summer – Charlie Sayers

2.     Friends of Scouting – this is an annual pledge drive by our council to raise funds to support our council – Adam Wolff

3.     Summer camp deposits are due if you want to maximize the discount available for summer camp – Jessica Paulsen and Cathy Cutter

4.     Ski trip permission slips and payment are due – Charlie Sayers

5.      Scout voting for the participation award trip this summer – Rob Bisbee

6.     Used Equipment Sale – tables will be set-up for anyone looking to sell or give away used camping equipment.  Items should be marked with your name and asking price.
