·         Troop Committee Meeting this Monday Night

·         Yellowstone Trip Meeting – Thursday Night

·         Bring in your wreath orders and money on a regular basis.

·         Permission slips for the Turkey Campout will be distributed

Scouting for Food

Troop 19 and Pack 19 will be meeting at Charlotte Ave School on Saturday at 9:30am to help with the pick-up of food.  We need help with drivers and scouts –this should take about an hour to collect from a route.

Troop Dues

As a troop, a significant number of scouts are too far behind in dues.  We just finished "week 9" so all scouts should have paid at least that amount.  Any scout who has not paid at least $5 is 4 weeks behind and has been highlighted in yellow.  It should not have had to come to the point of contact scouts and publishing who owes what.  I just to go on record that if a scout is refused to attend an activity because dues are not current, it should not be a surprise to anyone.

Youth Leader Training this Saturday (after Scouting for Food) and Sunday

Our Patrol Leaders Council has our annual leadership retreat scheduled for this Saturday and Sunday at Lake Sunapee.  We will be departing at 11am from Pilgrim Church and returning on Sunday before noon.

Holiday Wreath Sales – Keep Selling

Our troop goal is 2000 wreaths –Of course we will have over-achievers that will sell more than 20.  The average number of wreaths sold by our scouts has been 35-50 each year.  Our goal is for every scout to sell at least 20 wreaths. 

Take advantage of the school holiday this week to sell wreaths

Perhaps your church as a church fair you can sell at this month

Have your parent(s) bring a poster to work to post on the bulletin board
