Meeting Reminders:

·         Return any remaining troop equipment on Tuesday night

·         Summer Camp Card Money is due in two weeks. Please return the unsold cards and any money you have collected. 

·         Flaming Arrows and Eagle Knevel Patrols have service duty at the church for weeding this week.

Annual Troop Program Survey

The scouts will be completing an annual survey on reviewing the past year’s activities and providing suggestions for next year’s program on Tuesday night.  Any parent or leader that wants to contribute comments and suggestions can download the form from the website and provide feedback to the Scoutmaster.

Troop Court of Honor

We will be recognizing scouts that have earned awards since our last Court of Honor on Tuesday, June 21^st.  Ice Cream Social to follow.

Swim Checks

Any scout that needs a swim test for Yellowstone may see Mr. Griffith on Saturday, at 2:30 June 18th at Camp Doucet (before Pack 19's free swim.)  If interested, scouts may email Mrs. Richardson at jandane@aspi.net with a contact phone number.

October 25, 2001 - Adult Leader Specific Orientation - (Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills - IOLS)

November, 5 - 6, 2011 - Adult Outdoor Leader Skills- (SM, ASM)

District Email List

If you want to continue or sign-up to receive emails from Arrowhead District (roundtable meetings, OA events, council events, district activities, etc), you need to update your subscription profile.

We have changed the Arrowhead District email lists, and we need everyone to go back and sign up for their choice of email. Do you need Cub Scout or Venture Crew, or maybe Boy Scout & District? There are always new people joining Scouting, and others moving on. 

Please go to www.nhscouting.org/arrowhead, and at the bottom of the left hand menu, click on 'Email Signup' - and then please follow the directions.

Please also send this email to anyone on your Pack, Troop, or Crew list that should be getting updates from us. We try to make sure that we contact you about important events. If your email isn't accurate, we can't reach you.

Let me be clear, your old email choices are gone. We have cleaned out the old list, to eliminate people who have left us. So please go right now and update your email.

Patrol Service Projects at Pilgrim Church

This is the patrol rotation to weed the front of the church. Both to the left and to the right of the front doors where the shrubs and flowers need to be weeded this summer.  The patrol leader is responsible to coordinate with his patrol to get it done that week.  My recommendation is to plan on 30 minutes before a troop meeting.  Bring one trash bag and work gloves.  The bag can be put in the dumpster out back.
